Who gets it
Pooled to recognize team members supporting the journey, both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes.
Removing or adjusting it
Crew Appreciation is explicitly adjustable/removable onboard at Guest Services before the account settles. More flexible than Celebrity/NCL framing.
Prepay vs onboard
Prepayment available at booking; prepaying locks the lower rate. Same dollar amount otherwise.
Children
Same daily rate as adults (no separate published child Crew Appreciation rate).
Note: this calculator covers the daily crew gratuity only. The separate 18-20% service charge auto-added to drink packages and individual bar, dining and spa purchases is not included here (a planned future enhancement).
